CHP had a vehicle take off from a traffic stop multiple times at Avenue N and the 14 Fwy. Original call was for a driver passed out blocking lane on the freeway. Vehicle pulled into the Arco and driver did not comply with commands to exit the vehicle initially. The driver was eventually taken into custody. | AV Scanner News - Page
