The Peel Drop and Turnover Drop are MYTHS. 🚨 I said what I said. There are two types of drops: the peel and the roll over. Both types of drops can be thrown with either two or four seam rotation. The difference is that the two seam drop will also cut at the last second. Here is some footage of one of my pitcher’s practicing her four seam ROLL OVER DROP.
