Homemade Pancake Mix 🥞 Tyler wanted pancakes this morning so I made a fresh batch of my mix to make them! It's so easy and I keep the batch in a big jar to use whenever we want them! This is just a basic pancake mix recipe and I didn't add sourdough starter to this one. I have another recipe I'm going to use for that! It's also refined sugar free since I'm using sucanat. If you can get your hands on some it's amazing for baking/cooking and a complete replacement for refined/cane sugar/light bro
