DeMeco Ryans (/ d ɪ ˈ m iː k oʊ / dih-MEE-koh; born July 28, 1984) is an American professional football coach and former linebacker who is the head coach of the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL).

DeMeco Ryans enters his second season as head coach of the Texans after being named to the role on Jan. 31, 2023, becoming the sixth head coach in franchise history.
