Jefferson Center’s Crisis & Recovery Center is one of the walk-in crisis facilities that are open 24/7 providing support, information, and referrals to anyone in need. There are twelve walk-in crisis centers located throughout the state, with seven in the metro area.

When it comes to your mental health and substance use treatment needs, you are the expert in what works best for you. At the Collaborative Care Clinics, you will work side by side with your care team to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs on your time.

Here’s how our community can access mental health and substance use treatment: All outpatient therapy is being conducted via phone and video. Please call 720-791-2735 to schedule an appointment. New clients are welcome!
