Additional heavy rain is expected across the Plains this week. With streams already swollen and the ground saturated, that leaves the area at risk of additional flooding.

Baseball-size hail and a few tornadoes were reported in parts of the region Saturday as parts of Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky and Missouri were under tornado watches Sunday evening.
