A mistake-filled fourth quarter for the Seahawks allowed the Arizona Cardinals back into the game before a 52-yard field goal as time expired lifted Seattle to a 23-20 victory on Thursday night.
Seattle is now up 20-6 over the Cardinals with 9:33 left in the game. The field goal battle continues, as the Cardinals made it a 17-6 game going into the fourth quarter. Seattle is now up 17-3 with 6:26 left in the third quarter.
The Seahawks haven't had much success running the ball yet, however, averaging just 3.3 yards per carry as Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet have each been very inefficient. The offensive line issues we expected Seattle to have coming into the year appear to have affected the run game more than the passing attack so far.
