Pop star Lorde has launched the 2025 Glastonbury Festival with a surprise pre-lunchtime set to a packed crowd on the Woodsies stage. The star was greeted by thousands of fans, who crammed into the tent after rumours about her appearance started spreading around the site.

Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi made a surprise return to Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage for an unannounced set, two years after a challenging performance at the festival where he experienced difficulties managing symptoms of Tourette’s syndrome.

Capaldi also shared a clip which showed his 2023 performance where he struggled to belt out 'Someone You Loved.'
