ESPN's Adam Schefter reported at the time that the Raiders chose to part ways with Wilkins due to how he handled his rehab from a serious foot injury last year.
Appearing on “The Pat McAfee Show” Monday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter shed light on an alleged incident involving Wilkins and a teammate. According to Schefter, sources within the Raiders’ locker room claim Wilkins “playfully went to kiss a teammate on the top of his head,” an action that reportedly didn’t sit well with the player involved.
