A tropical storm has blown out of the Philippines and left at least 10 dead and prompted the evacuations of more than 430,000 people from landslide- and flood-prone villages.
The earthquake killed at least 69 people, including residents of a village of “disaster-resilient homes” built for people who survived Super Typhoon Haiyan in 2013.
