Leicester Tigers flanker Harry Beddall has been named as Wales captain for the Under-20s Six Nations. Beddall is part of a 41-strong squad announced by head coach Richard Whiffin. Fifteen players return from last year's championships, with Cardiff centre Steffan Emanuel named as vice-captain.

As part of their first day in camp, Wales stars lined up for press shots in front of flashing cameras. From there, it was straight to the gym, with squats on the agenda. With some strength and conditioning ticked off, players made their way to the training barn to work through some skills and game scenarios.
