Dan Stevens, who played fan favorite character Trapper in Legendary's Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, is in negotiations to reprise his role for the latest Monsterverse installment from the company.

Deadline confirms the actor is in negotiations with Legendary Pictures to reprise his role alongside recently announced star Kaitlyn Dever in the next theatrical film in the Monsterverse franchise,

Rebecca Hall is reuniting with her Godzilla x Kong director Adam Wingard for the action thriller Onslaught. The move also sees the actress, whose true-life drama Peter Hujar’s Day premiered at Sundance over the weekend, reteam with Dan Stevens, her Monsterverse co-star who is also part of the cast of the A24 action thriller now in production.
