With a lot of young guys and new faces on the roster, Billy Donovan ideally wants to mix things up with lineups to try to find the pairings that work best. However, that's where the amount of guards becomes a slight issue. There are a lot of guys who can play the position.

CHICAGO — The team charter landed back in Chicago following the Bulls’ road loss against the Detroit Pistons when news spread that Zach LaVine had been traded to Sacramento.

Sacramento made many moves including acquiring Jonas Valanciunas and Jake LaRavia, but their biggest move was the once that sent their star guard De’Aaron Fox to the San Antonio Spurs. In the blockbuster trade, the Kings sent Fox to San Antonio and acquired Zach LaVine from the Chicago Bulls, who were the third team in the deal.

It was arguably the best performance in a Kings uniform thus far for Zach LaVine, who was acquired from the Chicago Bulls shortly before last week's trade deadline. LaVine finished the game with 22 points and helped “light the beam” after the game, alongside new teammates Jake LaRavia and Jonas Valaciunas.
