An agreement with the government of Nicolás Maduro will allow the possible deportation of hundreds of thousands back to the authoritarian socialist regime many have fled.

Venezuelans in South Florida and across the country expressed outrage, fear and uncertainty Saturday after President Donald Trump announced Venezuela will take back its nationals deported from the United States.

The announcement came a day after the U.S. secured the release of six hostages from the South American country.
