Michigan State Police are investigating a shooting reported Tuesday night on Interstate 94 in Romulus that left two people injured. At 11:20 p.m., the Detroit Regional Communication Center received a 911 call from a person who said they were traveling east on I-94, near Wayne Road, and that both in their car had been shot, according to MSP.

Witnesses and neighbors spoke to FOX 2 about the incident, with one suspecting it was gang-related. DETROIT (FOX 2) - Detroit Police are still trying to figure out why suspect fired around 100 shots into a crowd wounding three, one fatally, during a funeral reception.

Four people were shot, including the suspect, at an apartment complex Monday night on Detroit's east side, according to police.

Officials in Detroit are investigating two shootings that happened after midnight on Tuesday morning. It doesn't appear that the incidents are related.
