A judge ruled Sean "Diddy" Combs' legal team could use a "swingers" argument in the disgraced rapper's defense at his upcoming sex trafficking trial.

A federal prosecutor also disclosed at a hearing Friday that the government had offered Combs a plea deal, which he rejected.
