CINCINNATI, Ohio – Plans to renovate the home of the Cincinnati Bengals have been scaled down to $470 million under a tentative lease extension deal announced Thursday by Hamilton County, owner of the facility. The county would cover $350 million of the bill and the team would kick in $120 million.
