First News has learned more information about a crash last week that sent a tow truck driver to the hospital.

On Jan. 30, police responded to crash involving a FedEx truck. Police found 10 open containers in a woman’s vehicle. She refused to do a field sobriety test and she was taken to Strongsville Jail.

The woman pleaded guilty to felonious assault in September. Her assault with intent to murder and felony firearm charges were dismissed.
