Iran said Tuesday that 120 Iranians detained in the United States for illegally entering the country will be returned to Iran in the coming days.

Noushabadi called on Washington to respect the rights of Iranian migrants in the United States.

Noushabadi said some of those being deported held valid US residency permits, adding that US officials had sought their consent for their return.
