The TBI released a new age progression image of the missing child Summer Wells, created by a forensic artist, to renew efforts in locating her and has invited public assistance with information.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is hoping a new age-progressed image could help locate missing child Summer Wells.

That's according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation which said it's struggling to keep up. TBI Crime labs across the state are on track to receive nearly 34,000 drug cases this year.
