BATTLE CREEK, MI -- A 34-year-old Springfield man who police say shot his sister in an arm was caught in an I-94 traffic stop, police said. The woman was shot about 9:20 p.m. Thursday, July 24 in the 100 block of Inn Road in Battle Creek.
