At long last, Olivier Giroud’s time in MLS with LAFC has come to an end.  On Friday, LAFC announced that they had mutually agreed to part ways.

Olivier Giroud will join French club Lille this summer, sources have told ESPN, after LAFC confirmed it had agreed to terminate the French striker's contract.

Olivier Giroud has terminated his contract with Los Angeles FC. The 38-year-old striker, who scored 5 goals in 37 MLS appearances, will play one final match for LAFC on Monday against Vancouver before flying back to France.
