President Donald Trump unveiled a 20-point peace plan to end the war in Gaza, offering Hamas amnesty in exchange for hostage releases and weapon decommissioning.
Trump said Netanyahu had agreed to back a U.S.-sponsored Gaza proposal. “Hamas hasn’t yet received the plan officially, nothing beyond media publication," a Hamas official told Reuters.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said an end to the conflict in Gaza "can be done the easy way or it will be done the hard way," as he urges Hamas to accept a proposal he and President Donald Trump plan to put forward.
