President Donald Trump has declared drug cartels in the Caribbean are unlawful combatants and says the U_S_ is now in a “non-international armed conflict.”

On Wednesday, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced that six search warrants were executed in the area of Stephens County. The search warrants represent the conclusion of a more than 12-month investigation into a drug trafficking organization allegedly led by 48-year-old Manathan Colbert of Toccoa.
