The Cleveland Cavaliers likely signaled the end of the Ty Jerome era on Saturday. They traded for backup point guard Lonzo Ball from the Chicago Bulls. It wasn't clear the Cavs would be able to pay Jerome anyways in free agency,

It’s hardly official, but it does indeed feel as if Ty Jerome has played his final game for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Sources now tell Hoops Wire that they expect Jerome to sign elsewhere after the NBA free agency period begins on Sunday.
