Boston University's athletics department faces an external review after Alex Cooper's harassment allegations against her former coaches surfaced

Boston University is undergoing an external review of its athletic department. It comes amid sexual harassment allegations made by a popular podcaster. Alex Cooper, the host of “Call Her Daddy,” accused the school’s former women’s soccer coach, Nancy Feldman, of sexually harrassing her while in school.

Following two reports in the Globe this month regarding how it handled situations in which women’s soccer players felt harassed by their coaches, Boston University released a statement Thursday saying it will conduct an external review of the athletic department’s policies.
