Bill Goldberg is set to wrestle his final match against Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship in Atlanta.

WWE legend and Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg wrestled his final match this week. The star faced off against Gunther at Saturday Night's Main Event.

Soon-to-retire legend Bill Goldberg could have a few tasty chats coming up with the likes of Roman Reigns, Charlotte Flair and even Jey Uso soon. The ex-WCW main man told CBS Sports that he's personally handpicked Bron Breakker as the only human being in WWE [who] should be doing [the spear]".

Goldberg's final match against Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship in his hometown of Atlanta adds emotional stakes to the event.

Goldberg is 40 years removed from his Edison graduation and 28 years removed from his first pro wrestling win. Saturday in Atlanta, he transforms back into his “Goldberg!” persona for the 383rd time in his wrestling career.

Goldberg’s final match took place at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event XL, where he challenged GUNTHER for the World Heavyweight Championship.
