The Steelers saw significant changes at quarterback, receiver, and in the secondary this offseason. It may not have gone exactly to the script, but it got the job done as Pittsburgh aims to retool after years of falling short.

On July 3, the team announced that they signed general manager Omar Khan to a new three-year contract. The deal will keep the executive with the Steelers through the 2028 season.

For most of the NFL off-season, it was known that Pittsburgh Steelers star pass rusher T.J. Watt wanted a contract extension. Although it took until the day before training camp, both sides can now move on and focus on the season.
